Many areas in Greece are considered earthquake prone and earthquakes in recent history have demonstrated the need to respect the static, stability and seismicity of our structure.
Earthquake Reconstruction
When a building has suffered total destruction (i.e., has collapsed or is classified as dangerously dilapidated or has suffered damage that repair is prohibited or deemed economically unviable), then it is imperative that the building be reconstructed provided that the soil in the area where the building is located is deemed suitable.
Repair of earthquake damaged building
When an earthquake-affected building has suffered damage that can be repaired then we proceed with simple or radical repair with work that locally repairs any damage and does not involve strengthening the entire building.
ISSUE OF A BUILDING PERMIT
A permit may be issued provided that the current zoning and building regulations of the area are complied with and in accordance with the building conditions and restrictions in force in the area at the time of construction of the affected building.
HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS
We use and reinforce the building with high strength materials that meet every quality control. Standard work includes concrete injection, cement grouting, epoxy wrinkles, electrofusion of additional reinforcement.
