The Topographical Chart is the study that describes the terrain with the characteristics of the plot or parcel of land (topography, slopes, streams, rivers, coast), all existing structures located on it such as buildings, manhole walls, road boundaries, etc. as well as full elevation.
SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE:
- Engravings of plots or parcels of land.
- Checking the completeness and buildability of plots of land.
- Distribution and subdivision of plots or parcels of land in horizontal and vertical co-ownerships.
- Inclusion of plots or parcels of land in the State Triangulation Network (E.G.S.A. 87), which is required for the designation or declassification of land by the Forestry Department and for the control of their inclusion in the State Cadaster.
- Investigation of expropriation tables and accompanying topographic charts.
- Application of street lines and road axes.
