Dimitris Natsis as a supervising engineer undertakes the coordination and guidance of the actions of the technical crews in order to optimize the result of the supervision.
He ensures:
- The timely response to all types of problems that arise during the execution of a project, so that in cooperation with the Head of the Construction Department to take all necessary actions.
- Τhe systematic monitoring of the physical, temporal and financial progress of the project, in order to identify in a timely manner any deviations in the progress of the project from the prescribed contractual objectives and to take the necessary corrective actions and interventions.
- Τo monitor the implementation of the project design, and to promote for approval any required additional or modified project studies.
- Τhe systematic monitoring of construction inspections, carried out by both the Field Managers or Assistant Supervisors and himself, in order to issue in a timely manner the required orders to remove discrepancies or defects identified during the construction stage of the project.
- Monitoring the implementation of the quality control programme in order to issue corrective orders in cooperation with the Quality Manager
- Τhe correct filing of the relevant project files
- Compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Compliance with environmental protection specifications and studies.
- Managing all matters arising during the construction of the project and relating to the interests of natural or legal persons affected or involved in the construction.
- The smooth cooperation with other public bodies in the resolution of various problems arising during the construction phase of the project.
